“Creative Youth of Bitola Non-formal education of young and youth participation for success in employment and inclusion in the European integration process”, enters with its conception in priority 3 youth participation and informal education of young people from the competition of Bitola, February 2015 .
In Bitola implemented a series of activities at various institutions from the Municipality, ESA, NGOs and other educational centers that permanently train youth on various topics, how to achieve greater success in their affirmation, hiring or employment. The project will stimulate the creativity of youth for active participation in the design of their formal education, and will conduct a series of trainings that young people would be more easily engage in the labor market.

Of the total number of young people around 40% have higher education, people who speak English and other foreign languages, and about 75% are people who use the Internet and PCs and have information poanzvanje. Unemployment and all other Municipalities in the Republic of Macedonia is represented in Opshtiina Bitola, about 28% of working-age people are unemployed in the municipality. This population is from urban and rural areas and originating from these regions in the complexity of the EU integration process has hinged they need and educational progress and development, led by a dedicated team, composed of staff. Capacity of youth intellectuals of both sexes, with imminent gender representation in the municipality through the training will gain the knowledge that will create creative youths, with the increased capacity of non-formal education through educational programs offered in this project will soon be placed in the labor market and greater security will perform in front of domestic and foreign NGOs, Companies, for their volunteering, engagement and employment.
General purpose:
Youth active participation in success volunteering, recruitment and employment of young people and their inclusion in the European integration process through the creation of creative youth with creative training of informal education of youth.
Specific objectives:
1. Involvement of youth in job search through their own representation (writing a CV, cover letter, in Macedonian and English)
2. Creativity of young people in identifying opportunities for engagement, volunteering and active job search of national and European labor market
3. Non-formal education and training for IPA, IPARD and European programs as an opportunity to involve young people from Bitola
