INFO BANK NOVACI- Training of business plan development and project cycle management for IPA and IPARD
The project aim was to build strong capacity of human resources for project development and business plan development for investment in rural area. The project was supported by Government of Macedonia, General secretariat.
The local administration, local community stakeholders, formal groups as NGOs, and groups of citizens was involved in several project development ideas and were trained to develop and write project proposal for donors, EU founds IPA, and to recognize and develop business plans for investment in accordance IPARD criteria.
