From idea to Possibilities – opportunities for START UPs and SMEs

NGO SEMAK collaborate with consulting of IPA and IPARD possibilities and new research about consumption of IPARD grants for SMEs (EU subsidies for new entrepreneurship and micro and small companies ).

According to the Consultings that consult interested people to apply for IPARD support grant, there is a great need of understanding the criteria and procedure for applying. Also due to not understanding the IPARD measures there is no full use of funds Republic of Macedonia according the European Commission report on Macedonia’s progress for 2014 returned unused 15,6 millions euros.

Based on SETTIM Consulting website, (https://settimconsulting.wordpress.com/) in this year they had 1550 views on the site with IPARD content and 300 hounded people called for consultation according to SETTIM’s daily database. All of them didn’t know the basic criteria for applying, and didn’t know their opportunities in using the IPARD funds. From them 70 applied, from which 20 are currently into the process of getting IPARD funds.

The programme has to be proceed on understanding level, (friendly use) so the companies and farmers can get their support grant.
